The activities of ICE are governed by the ICE Board, which is chaired by the ICE Director assisted by Head of Sections. Members of the ICE Board are drawn from within the Institute, faculties and other units at SUA as well as other institutions in the country whose activities relate to those of ICE. The ICE Board is responsible for policy making, planning and monitoring of most activities of the Institute.
The Board is assisted by a limited number of core staff, both academic and administrative. The staff take the lead in planning and executing various activities on behalf of the University.
